Pedagogical Approach

Education is integral and personalized. Integral Education is defined as the combination of all aspects of education that contribute to growth and human development:

Education: Intellectual - Moral - Artistic – Religious - Technical - Social - Physical.

With the purpose of integrating all these aspects there is a training program implemented called IVC (Spanish acronym):

• I for intelligence as a basic thinking process;
• V is for willpower in their habits, virtues and values;
• C is for heart, affectivity and community work with disadvantaged communities.

Personalized education is a process that allows an integral development of each human being and his/her dignity as a person. It is implemented through tutoring.
